What makes fomin unqiue?

With fomin you don’t need to carry liquid hand sanitizer or awkward and messy soap bars when you travel, exercise, or in your daily carry. Fomin is uniquely designed specifically for today's busy lifestyle.

How much water do I need?

About a quarter of a standard water bottle will be enough to create a thorough lather and fully rinse off the soap.

When should I use fomin?

Take fomin wherever you need a cleanliness boost or where things get messy

We love using fomin after working out, grocery shopping, using public bathrooms, or whenever our hands get sticky.

Can I travel with fomin?

Yes - fomin is built for travel! Using fomin while traveling is a great alternative to carrying extra liquids which can leak and ruin the items in your bag. You also won’t have to worry about TSA pulling out anything embarrassing while trying to find your hand sanitizer.

How should I store fomin and how long does it last?

We recommend you store fomin in a room temperature and relatively dry environment. Our soap is durable, but like any soap, it will begin to breakdown in extreme heat or humidity.

Each fomin soap package lasts for 6 months, but we recommend you use the soap within 3 months for maximum effectiveness.

When is my order shipped?

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. We typically ship out the same day if the order has been placed by 12pm MST.

How long does it take to get my order?

All orders within the U.S. and Canada are shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use the United State Postal Service (USPS), Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. To keep shipping rates down, we compare carrier costs for each shipment and ship via the most efficient method.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive your tracking information in the email address associated with your order. If you haven’t received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at help@fominsoap.com.

Can I change my address once my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the ship-to address once your order has left our facility. However, all is not lost. Contact help@fominsoap.com and one of our team members will assist you immediately.

What if I never received my order but the carrier marked it as delivered?

Sometimes our carriers can get ahead of themselves! If it's been over 7 days and your order is still missing, contact us at help@fominsoap.com and we’ll get the issue resolved to the best of our abilities.

How do refunds & returns work?

You have 30 days to try fomin, and if you’re not 100% satisfied, we'll fix the issue or refund your purchase. Simply send us an email at help@fominsoap.com.

Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

How long does it take to see my refund?

If you haven't received a refund after two weeks, check your bank account again. Refund processing can take up to a month in certain cases. If there are still issues, please contact us at help@fominsoap.com, and we'll help you to the best of our abilities.

How can I promote fomin soap?
